  • It is a date tea cream Daifuku manufactured in-house, and it is the northernmost tea leaf producing area, with the proud Hokkaido grain bean paste carefully kneaded by a long-established Japanese confectionery craftsman and the special fresh cream using milk from Zao Kogen. The fragrant Date tea grown in Momou-cho, Miyagi Prefecture and the algae salt from Shiogama are sprinkled and carefully wrapped one by one.
